Dmitriy Velin, CPA

Dmitriy’s many years experience as a public accountant, working with both individuals and businesses from high net-worth and celebrity clients to everyday Californians give him the breadth of knowledge for a wide variety of accounting needs. Dmitriy’s specialties include tax compliance and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates and trusts. His specific areas of tax expertise include professional corporations, real estate, the entertainment industry, construction and development, retirement and estate planning.

Dmitriy graduated with Honors from UC Santa Barbara in 2004 with a BSc. in Business Economics and Slavic Languages. He holds a CPA license in California and continues his education through the California Soceity of Certified Public Accountants. He resides in Los Angeles California and enjoyes spending time with family, travelling, playing tennis, soccer and golf.

Anna Stefinova, EA

Anna has worked in accounting and tax preparation since 2000. She has extensive experience in real estate accounting and management. Anna’s work with small and medium-sized businesses speaks for itself. While working for Velin & Associates, Inc., Anna has worked with a wide spectrum of clients and has helped them grow their businesses over the years. Some of her clients have been with her since the inception of their businesses.

She helps Velin & Associates manage accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation for medical clinics, pharmacies, moving companies, professional corporations, and real estate partnerships. Anna also oversees and mentors other staff members in the office. Her dedication, expertise, and commitment to client success have made her an invaluable member of the Velin & Associates team and a trusted advisor to the businesses she serves.

Stacy Novikava

Stacy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge and brings over 15 years of comprehensive accounting experience spanning both the private and public sectors. Her expertise also includes medical billing, along with a proven track record of designing and implementing efficient systems and workflows that have helped numerous businesses grow and operate more efficiently.

Since 2004, Stacy has specialized in accounting and tax preparation. Her deep understanding of tax laws and accounting principles enables her to provide clients with personalized guidance tailored to their unique needs and long-term goals. Tatiana Ivanova

Tatiana has been with Velin & Associates, Inc. since August 2023, providing accounting support, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services for our clients. William Green, CPA

William has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant since 1993, bringing more than three decades of experience in accounting, tax planning, and business advisory services. He began his professional career in New York, where he built a strong foundation in public accounting and served a diverse range of individual and business clients for many years. He holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from The City University of New York, and has been certified in several versions of QuickBooks since 2004.

In 2022 William relocated to California, where he continues to provide clients with strategic tax guidance, financial insight, and practical solutions tailored to their unique needs. His extensive experience spans a wide variety of industries, allowing him to offer thoughtful, results-driven advice to businesses and individuals alike. Mr. Green has prepared FOCUS reports for Broker Dealer clientele in Metro NY City, and with CBOE in Chicago.
